Before you book.
Do I need to be a NOEA customer already?
Not at all. The consultation is about your hair, not our products. If a NOEA ritual is the right fit, Catherine will recommend it. If something else suits you better, she'll tell you that too.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or a new date — whichever you prefer.
Will Catherine cut or colour my hair?
No. This is a consultation, not a salon service. Catherine works alongside your colourist, not in place of them.
How private is the session?
Entirely private. Sessions are not recorded. Your intake form and notes are kept confidential.
